The Hills Stars & Plastic Surgery

It's no secret that many of the girls that star in MTV's "The Hills" have had plastic surgery. Rumours have run rampant for years about stars Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad. Heidi admitted last year to plastic surgery, due in large part to the fact that she couldn't deny it, it was much too obvious. She had her lips, breasts and nose all done. She even went on the cover of US Magazine to talk about her story. Over the past year, Audrina Patridge has been the butt of many jokes and rumours regarding her much enhanced chest area. She has been rumored to have had her lips, chest and cheeks done.

Now the latest "Hills" stars to have had plastic surgery are Stephanie Pratt and former Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole. The buzz on the internet is that she has undergone breast augmentation (no surprise there), a nose job and lip injections. Stephanie Pratt has been accused on getting cheeks implant and lip injections.

We at CanadaBeauty actually find this all a little disturbing. "The Hills" is an incredibly popular show for teenage girls and looking at the stars of the show, only a few of these young twenty-something's have not had plastic surgery! The key thing for both young women and parents to remember is that plastic surgery is not only unnecessary, but it can actually make you look older and in some cases, worse. With Stephanie Pratt and Heidi Montag in particular, its very obvious that work has been done and they often look older than they are.

Chelsea Clinton Engaged To Marc Mezvinsky

Her parents aren't the best example, but apparently Chelsea Clinton still believes in the sanctity of marriage because she announced she is engaged to her long time boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky.

Marc Mezvinsky is an investment banker and son of Pennsylvania Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky and former Iowa Rep. Ed Mezvinsky. Pretty perfect for the daughter of the former President of the United States. The Clintons and Mezvinsky's are apparently long time friends. They aren't a squeaky clean family either with Ed serving time in jail for bank and wire fraud.

The couple are hoping to be married next summer.

Tiger Woods' Car Crash Is A Mystery

In the wee hours of Friday morning, Tiger Woods crashed his Cadillac SUV into a fire hydrant and then a tree while pulling out of his driveway leaving him with cuts and bruises. Innocent enough? Maybe, but now he isn't cooperating with the police on their investigation and is asking people to leave him alone.

Something smells fishy here, Tiger.

Police say the wreck isn't alcohol-related. The woman some claimed to be Tiger's mistress who was somehow involved, has denied that she is sleeping with the golf pro. But still Tiger Woods won't give a statement to the police, which they say is strange in such a minor accident.

TMZ is now reporting that police may be getting a warrant to search the Woods' house for evidence of spousal abuse. Not on Tiger, but against his wife Elin Nordegren. They will be looking to see if Tiger's injuries are consistent with the crash or a beating with a golf club.

Wow, wouldn't that be quite the twist. We will keep you posted with more details as soon as we know.

In a time when everyone just downloads everything for free that is amazing. She will blow the number 2 spot (Lady Gaga) out of the water by 200,000.

Eminem wants to be on X Factor. Not as a contestant, but as a judge. Eminem says he is more global than their current judges, which is true. Most haven't heard of Dannii Minogue or Cheryl Cole across the pond. He said he could find a hip-hop superstar if invited on the show. He admitted he wouldn't have time to do a whole season, but wants to do a few episodes. This is the man who brought us 50 Cent, you judge if that is a good thing or not.

Aptly the pants are called: Yoga Jeans. According to Second Clothing , they have created these form fitting, yet comfortable pants from 98% brushed cotton and 3% elastane. The cuts and styles are supposed to hold, shape and lengthen the body. They come in high to low rise and have bootcut, straight leg and skinny jeans and they are being praised as "miracle jeans" by women of all shapes and ages because they flatter all types of curves.

In today's beauty news, L'Oréal Hair Care is coming under fire because the L'Oreal commercials with Cheryl Cole feature Cheryl wearing hair extensions.

Cheryl Cole is a member of the incredibly popular girl group Girls Aloud and is a fan of hair extensions. While its fine to use them for day-to-day personal use, critics say to allow them to be used in L'Oreal hair ad campaigns is unethical and misleading. That bouncy gorgeous hair isn't all because of the use of L'Oreal. Young women in particular shouldn't be deceived into thinking it is.

Mariah Carey's Diva Demands

Mariah Carey appeared on the UK morning show GMTV last week and presenter Kate Galloway has come out saying that the singer is a total diva with some crazy demands.

She told The Daily Mail that Mariah Carey went so far as to have two men lower her onto the sofa so her dress didn't get crushed.

Galloway said, 'While Mariah was very nice, the amount of people she had in her entourage was hilarious. They outnumbered the entire GMTV crew! She had two people to lower her on to the GMTV sofa, in case her dress got crushed, one person to walk in front of her backwards at all times in case she fell over and several people behind the camera making sure she was going to be filmed from the right angle!"

The Mail says that Mariah Carey insists she isn't a diva even though her dogs have an entourage and she has security for her security guards. It must be hard to be so rich.
