Can I still apply even if I live outside of the United States or Canada?

Right now The Brands Club is only available to American and Canadian residents. We are working however, on expanding our program and hope to accept international applicants by the end of the year.
Note: Quebec, Canada residents are unable to join the club at this time.

Are rebate cheques sent in Canadian or American currency?

Cheques are mailed out in Canadian & U.S. currency depending on the country in which the consumer resides.

Do you offer incentives for referring customers to The Brands Club?

For every 5 friends that join The Brands Club, we will add $5.00 to your account. All they have to do is enter your Brands Club Membership Number when they sign up.

*Referred friends must fill the Brands Club Membership Number (located at the bottom of the Sign Up Form) of the member that referred them for member to receive the $5.00 bonus.

How does the Online Mall Cash Back Shopping Program work?

When Brands Club members shop via The Brands Club website they earn CASH BACK on every item they purchase. When shopping online through www.thebrandsclub.com, members can earn up to 20% CASH BACK for each and every purchase made at over 350+ of the web’s most popular online stores. We make it easy for members to keep track of purchases and money earned with their very own My Account page on The Brands Club website. The online merchants pay us a commission to send them new customers and we pass the savings to you, there is no catch.

How do I make sure I am earning my cash back rebates?

You must be logged in to your Brands Club account and be using our shopping store links in order to qualify for a cash back rebate. If you log in to your Brands Club account, make a purchase and then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a cash back reward. You must be logged in to your Brands Club account every time you shop at an Online Mall store. If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the store must have originated with you logged in to your Brands Club account on the Brands Club website.

Do all purchases made through The Brands Club qualify for cash back rebates?

Almost all purchases you make through The Brands Club website qualify for cash back rebates. We do not issue a rebate if you order by phone, use coupons, gift certificates or store credit, or buy gift certificates/gift cards from stores. In order to receive rebates, you must be a member of The Brands Club, be logged into your Brands Club online account and using Brands Club online shopping store links.

Auctions: Auction purchases from retailer sites do not qualify to earn Cash Back rebates.
Monthly Deliveries: Monthly clubs including pet food deliveries and telephone service packages are not eligible for Cash Back rebates.
In-Store Pickups: Purchases picked up at a retailer store do not qualify to earn Cash Back rebates.
Prescriptions: Purchases of prescription medications do not earn Cash Back rebates.

When are cash back rebates sent out?

Your rebate check is sent out to you when your account hits $30.00. It can take anywhere from 10-30 days for the stores to report your purchase to The Brands Club. Once confirmation is received, you will see your pending rebate on your My Account page under Pending Transactions. We send rebate checks only for amounts that we have actually received from the store.

Can I request my cash back rebates be sent to me?

Your rebate check is automatically sent out to you when your account hits $30.00. Unfortunately, it cannot be issued earlier.

How do I find out how much I have earned in cash back rebates?

Login in to your Brands Club account and visit your My Account page to see Approved Transactions and Transaction History.

What is the difference between "Pending Transactions" and "Approved Transactions"?

When a member makes a store purchase, stores report the purchase to The Brands Club (generally within 10-30 days). Once a purchase is confirmed, it is posted in your My Account page as a “Pending Transaction”. Pending Transactions stay in a "Pending" state for approximately 45 days. When an item that you have bought at a partner store has exceeded 45 days and the item has not been returned, the Pending Transaction amount from that order will be moved to an Approved Transaction. Approved Transactions are rebate amounts that are eligible for paying out.

Do I have to do anything special when checking out of an online store?

No. As long as you logged into your Brands Club account and used the shopping store links provided by our stores for all purchases, you are fine.

How long does it take for a cash back rebate to show up in My Account when I make a purchase at a store?

Are purchases placed via telephone or in-store eligible for cash back rebates?

No. Purchases must be made by a logged in member through The Brands Club website. All purchases must be made using the shopping store links provided by our stores. When you click through to a store, you must make your purchase in that same click session in order to receive a cash back rebate.

What happens if I want to exchange a product or try to change an order that I placed online via telephone?

If a member exchanges an order or if the order is changed with our Online Mall store via the telephone, our Online Mall store will not credit The Brands Club with a commission for the original sale. The best thing to do is cancel the original order and re-place your order through The Brands Club website to insure you get the cash back rebate.

Are shipping/taxes I incur on purchases included in my cash back rebate calculations?

No. We do not rebate for any tax and shipping you pay on purchases.

Why is there a deduction on my account balance?

When you return an order that you've purchased from one of our Online Mall stores, your cash back rebate on that purchase is deducted from your account balance.

Am I taxed on my account?

You may be taxed on your accrual of cash back rebates, depending on the amount of cash back rebates you accrue and the tax laws in your jurisdiction. You will be solely responsible for all tax liability arising out of your accrual or redemption of cash back rebates.

What do I do if I did not receive my cash back rebate check?

Your rebate check is automatically sent out to you when your account hits $30.00. If you do not receive it or have questions regarding the amount or delivery, please contact us at shophelp@thebrandsclub.com.

Yes! Simply login to your Brands Club account and visit your My Account page. Then click on Update Account Information. This will allow you to view and edit personal information like your name, address, etc.

What are cookies and how do I make sure that my computer is accepting them?

Cookies allow a website to recognize you without making you sign in every time you enter a site. You will need your cookies to be enabled in order for your Brands Club purchases to be tracked and properly credited. Your browser should automatically accept cookies unless you have turned cookies off.

Yes! Simply login to your Brands Club account and visit your My Account page. Then click on Update Account Information. This will allow you to view and edit personal information like your name, address, etc.

How do I cancel my membership?

Brands Club members can send their cancellation request to The Brands Club customer service department at contact@thebrandsclub.com. We will immediately cancel your membership and send you a confirmation email.
